The Glow Lab - LB Dance

The Glow Lab was created as I saw that certain workshop opportunities in the dance industry were not as accessible to the dancers who may be recreational, dance a few times a week or may not train at the same standard as dance college students or those who train daily.

I wanted to create the same workshop opportunity with industry professionals for students who aren’t at elite level, wanting to improve their technique or performance, or just showing up for themselves! 

Why can't every dancer have the chance to experience classes with an amazing professional dance faculty, try new challenging choreography, or learn new ways to think about their improving technique and performance?

This is why The Glow Lab was born, to spark some creativity in today's dancers and create a safe and supportive environment to hype each other up and experiment new ways to learn, perform and GLOW!

Key Information:

• 2 day variety workshop of dance styles including jazz, lyrical, commerical, ballet, contemporary and tap

• Workshop classes with industry professionals

• Located in the centre of Stockport, great transport links via train and parking nearby

• For dance students aged 9-18 years, split into 2 ages groups

• Aimed at improver level dancer students, requiring the permission of their dance teacher/principal

• 1 hour classes with guest teachers - x4 a day

• Dancing in the beautiful home of EP Dance Studios in Stockport

• Early access tickets available at a discounted price before the general release
